Your Blueprint, Not Their Template
After payment, we assess your goals and experience, then build a tailored course outline around the skills you actually need.
Miami Trading Academy delivers private trading classes from Miami to students worldwide. This is not another prerecorded course. Your mentor is live with you for every scheduled session. Share your screen, ask questions, analyze charts, place simulated trades and receive direct feedback in real time—completely private, with no group training.
Every scheduled training session is conducted live with your private mentor. Ask questions, share your screen, analyze charts and execute together.
The internet is packed with polished videos, recycled strategies and hindsight analysis. We have watched it, tested it and separated what looks good on screen from what can actually survive live markets. Here, you work directly with traders who are constantly testing, adapting and improving—not simply producing the next video.
After payment, we assess your goals and experience, then build a tailored course outline around the skills you actually need.
No cherry-picked screenshots. Review your actual entries, exits, mistakes and risk decisions live with your mentor.
Train up to twice weekly, apply what you learned, then return with evidence so every session moves your process forward.

Michael Harding has traded forex, indices and commodities since 2008. His approach was shaped through live-market experience—the wins, mistakes, changing conditions and uncomfortable drawdowns that teach a trader why planning, timing and risk control matter more than hype.
Beyond mentoring, Michael is a trading-industry entrepreneur who has launched and operated businesses across trading education, algorithmic strategy development, prop-firm services and copy or managed-trading operations. He also owns WePassChallenges, a separate company focused on prop-firm challenge education and services.
His path was not built by finding a magic indicator. It came from working through the mistakes that damage traders: entering without invalidation, increasing exposure after a loss, holding because of hope, trading without a valid setup and refusing to adapt when market behavior changes.
That experience shaped a capital-first teaching philosophy. Every trade should have a reason to exist, a defined point where the idea is wrong and an amount of risk selected before the order is placed. Students learn to distinguish stronger A-grade conditions from weaker opportunities, combine technical changes of character with fundamental context and understand why timing can determine whether a correct idea becomes a good trade.
Michael’s business work also provides a wider view of the trading industry. Building education programs, algorithmic systems, prop-firm services and account-management operations requires more than chart analysis. It requires testing, documentation, operational discipline, technology and the willingness to keep improving when market conditions change.
That is the standard brought into mentorship: no guaranteed returns, no shortcut mythology and no pretending losses can be eliminated. The goal is to help a serious student become more structured, more accountable and increasingly capable of making independent decisions.
Experience and business ownership establish background, not a promise of profitability. Trading involves risk and mentorship outcomes depend on the student’s effort, discipline and market conditions.
Michael’s public Myfxbook profile links historical real-account records and prop-firm challenge examples. Open each record on Myfxbook to inspect the account type, reported gain, drawdown, platform and update history for yourself.
Myfxbook is an independent analytics platform and is not affiliated with Miami Trading Academy. Records can be real or demo, may be historical or inactive, and do not represent typical student results. A tracked account is evidence of reported account activity—not a guarantee of future performance, mentorship results or prop-firm approval.
Michael explains the program, who it is designed for and why live one-on-one instruction is fundamentally different from buying another collection of prerecorded trading videos.
We are not trying to scale into a faceless course factory. We would rather take our time developing fewer committed students properly—because quality mentorship demands attention, accountability and honest feedback.
No group room. No prerecorded replacement. Every scheduled class is a live conversation between you and your mentor.
Your course outline reflects your markets, schedule, current skill level, mistakes and long-term objectives.
Learn from real traders who study execution, risk and changing conditions—not personalities repeating recycled material.
We review your actual work, challenge weak decisions and expect you to practice between sessions.
We value discipline, ownership, communication and the ability to remain composed when pressure rises.
Finish with a plan, checklist, risk framework and review routine you can continue improving independently.
We are traders first. We are not chasing maximum enrollment. Spots stay limited because real one-on-one development takes time, and we refuse to dilute the experience simply to sell more seats.
Your instructor brings 18 years of market experience—years spent learning how traders succeed, how they fail, what creates uncomfortable drawdowns and what disciplined consistency actually demands. You are learning from someone who has made mistakes, tested ideas in changing conditions and built a process around protecting capital instead of chasing excitement.
Leaving a losing trade open and hoping it comes back is not patience. It is an unmanaged decision. Revenge trading to recover the loss usually makes the situation worse. Professional trading begins when every position has a reason to enter, a defined level to exit and an amount of risk chosen before the order is placed.
There will be sessions with no valid opportunity. Forcing a trade because you are bored, emotional or eager to make money is how unnecessary losses begin. Sometimes the professional decision is to do nothing.
Define the setup, trigger, invalidation, target and position size before entry. A trade without an exit strategy is not a plan—it is exposure without control.
Learn to recognize when price behavior is shifting through structure, momentum and participation—then tune that technical evidence into the fundamental story driving the market.
A direction can be right and the trade can still be wrong. Session timing, news, liquidity and entry location determine whether an idea deserves execution now, later or not at all.
Not every trade deserves equal risk. Learn the difference between A-grade and B-grade setups and how confirmation, context and conditions should influence exposure.
There is no cookie-cutter formula and no get-rich-quick promise. Markets constantly change. Your job is to keep a stable risk process while learning when execution and expectations must adjust.

Your mentor does not disappear behind prerecorded lessons. You work together live—reading structure, building a trade idea, calculating risk, placing the simulated order and reviewing what happened.

Your exact course is tailored after enrollment. Depending on your needs, your training may include lessons such as:
Read price structure, define a valid setup and avoid impulsive entries.
Calculate risk, protect capital and understand daily and total drawdown.
Use price action, momentum and multi-timeframe context to improve timing.
Place logical exits and manage trades without reacting emotionally.
Address fear, greed, overtrading, impatience and rule-breaking.
Create rules, test performance and improve a repeatable trading process.
Completion is not a promise of profit. It is the point where you should stop feeling lost and leave with an organized process you understand, can explain and can continue improving.
Know what you trade, when you trade, what qualifies and what makes you stay out.
Identify your preferred market conditions and apply a consistent confirmation process.
Calculate size, place invalidation and define daily limits before emotion takes over.
Journal, measure and improve your execution using evidence from your own trades.
Practice orders and trade management on a simulator before using real capital.
Build the confidence to analyze opportunities without depending on trading signals.
Trading has changed our lives, and helping a committed student become disciplined, capable and independent creates value beyond another position on a chart. We teach because mastery grows through practice, explanation and leadership.
There is also a practical reason: technology can support execution, but serious capital still requires human judgment, accountability and leadership. Our affiliated account-management company, LEFTURN, manages personal and prop-firm trading accounts through Manage.Forex. We are always interested in meeting exceptional traders who share our standards.
The goal is to help motivated students think like professionals: protect capital, follow rules, communicate clearly, lead under pressure and take responsibility for every decision.
